We believe in ingredient transparency, which is why we are proudly listing our ingredients so that consumers will be able to make informed choices without being misled by crafty marketing. At Pei Wei, we take pride in preparing our fresh whole food in-house and make our dishes to order. And with The Wei Forward, we make it easy for you to eat the food you love, with less of the stuff you don’t.

Fresh, whole food is as simple as it sounds. You’ll see fresh, quality cuts of meats and over 23 types of fresh vegetables being hand sliced by our team members throughout the day. We believe that the best meals start with fresh meat and vegetables, and that you can taste the difference. Enough said.

Our trained chefs cook our fresh, whole ingredients to order, and that’s why we can spend the time and take care to accommodate your preferences, whether it be flavor related or a dietary need. Want some heat? We can turn it up. All veg? We’ve got it. Gluten free? Yup. One of our commitments is to have continued expansion, and with that comes accommodation of your dietary needs and preferences.
