Points can be earned and rewards can be redeemed only at participating Pei Wei restaurants in the Continental United States, excluding airport locations and international locations.
Member Account Information
Members may log in to the Pei Wei website at www.peiwei.com at any time to view their account, profile information, point balance and earned or gifted rewards. Members can access their My Wei Rewards account at https://www.peiwei.com/my-wei-rewards/ using the email address and password that is associated to their Pei Wei account. Members may not maintain more than one My Wei Rewards account. In the event that more than one account number is assigned to the same individual, the duplicate account may be merged or deactivated.
Members will earn ten (10) points for every U.S. dollar spent on eligible purchases at participating Pei Wei locations. In order for a Member to earn those points, they must: be logged into their account when ordering on the app or website; scan their app QR code; provide their phone number to the cashier prior to payment; scan the barcode on their receipt; enter the barcode number at the bottom of their receipt when logged into their My Wei Rewards account; OR email us a picture of your receipt at [email protected]. Eligible purchases exclude purchases made with third-party ordering services, the purchase of Pei Wei gift cards, alcohol, taxes, surcharges, rewards, comps, tips, and promos. Points earned from eligible purchases are calculated based on the price of eligible purchases multiplied by ten (10) then rounded to the nearest whole number. Points are non-transferrable. Points expire if a Member does not earn any points or Rewards within a six (6) month period.
If Members do not follow the instructions listed above to earn their points, they can request that the points for a previous purchase be retroactively credited to their account with information contained from the applicable receipt. Request must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days of the original purchase to [email protected]. Retroactive credits are not available without proof of purchase and are subject to receipt of credit in Pei Wei’s sole discretion.
Upon accumulating one thousand (1,000) points in the Program, Member will automatically receive a Free Entrée RUpon accumulating one thousand (1,000) points in the Program, Member will automatically receive a Free Entrée Reward (“Reward”). Member point balance will be decreased by one thousand (1,000) points upon receiving the Reward. Reward will automatically be applied to Member’s next purchase. Rewards may be redeemed for a free eligible Entrée (“Eligible Free Entrée”). Eligible free entrées include regular entrées. Extra proteins, add-ons, extras, and substitutions are available at an additional cost. Offer does not include Salads, Kids Wei Meals, Shareables, Small Sides, Desserts, Alcohol, Beverages, Catering, or the purchase of Gift Cards. Eligible free entrées may be subject to change without notice at all participating Pei Wei locations. Subject to a Member ordering while logged into the website or app, or showing their app QR code, or providing the phone number associated with the Member’s account, the Reward will be automatically applied as a credit for the lowest priced Eligible Free Entrée on a Member’s check. Only one Reward may be redeemed per check and no more than one Reward may be redeemed per Member per visit. Rewards earned by accumulated points will automatically expire forty-five (45) days after receipt of the Reward.
By participating in the Program, Member is opting in to receive transactional Program communications sent by email. Members can update their email address on the “My Personal Info” page on the Pei Wei website. It is the Member’s sole responsibility to keep his or her email address current and up-to-date. Consent to receive Program and transactional communications electronically will continue to be valid until the Member revokes consent by terminating Membership in the Program. Members may choose at any time to opt in and opt out of receiving electronic communications that contain marketing messages by unsubscribing or changing their email preferences by logging into their online account.
