As of February 14, 2019, Pei Wei restaurants will no longer accept gift cards issued by P.F. Chang’s China Bistro restaurants, P.F. Chang’s China Bistro restaurants will no longer accept gift cards issued by Pei Wei. The restaurants will no longer be affiliated through common ownership and cannot support cross-redemption of payment. You may continue to redeem Pei Wei and P.F. Chang’s gift cards at either brand only through February 13, 2019. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Purchase or use of the prepaid gift cards constitutes acceptance of the following terms and conditions: This gift card is redeemable only for food and beverages at participating Pei Wei locations in the United States and Puerto Rico. Certain restaurants, including airport locations, may not accept this card. This card has no fees or expiration date. This card must be presented for all purchases, and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for gift cards or cash, except where and to the extent required by law. If lost, damaged or stolen, we will, upon presentation of verified proof of purchase, offer a replacement card valued at the balance of this card at the time the card is reported to us as lost or stolen. The terms and conditions of this card are governed by the laws of the state where purchased.
