Promotion: The 12 Days of Give-A-Wei Holiday Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) gives 12 lucky guests the chance to win various prizes each day!
Sponsor: Pei Wei Asian Diner, LLC
Prizes: Twelve (12) daily prizes will be awarded during the Sweepstakes. Prizes will differ each day:
1. Day 1 (December 6, 2021): 2 Free Entrées
2. Day 2 (December 7, 2021): $50 Gift Card
3. Day 3 (December 8, 2021): Pei Wei Merch Kit – Mug, Hat
4. Day 4 (December 9, 2021): Free Virtual Cooking Class with Jet Tila
5. Day 5 (December 10, 2021): Free Family Bundle
6. Day 6 (December 11, 2021): $75 Pei Wei Gift Card
7. Day 7 (December 12, 2021): Free Shareables for a Month
8. Day 8 (December 13, 2021): $100 Gift Card
9. Day 9 (December 14, 2021): Date Night On Us
10. Day 10 (December 15, 2021): Catering Package for 10-15 People
11. Day 11 (December 16, 2021): Big Mystery Merch Box
12. Day 12 (December 17, 2021): Pei Wei For a Year
Total Retail Value for each prize ranges from $5 to $520.
Day 1 – 2 Free Entrées – 2 Free Entrées will be awarded through the winner’s Pei Wei Rewards account.
Day 2 – $50 Gift Card – A virtual Gift Card will be awarded through the winner’s Pei Wei Rewards account.
Day 3 – Pei Wei Merch Kit – A Pei Wei branded Mug and Hat will be sent to the winner.
Day 4 – Jet Tila Cooking Demo: Jet Tila Cooking Demo winner must live within 30 miles from a Pei Wei location and must have access to a working kitchen, a pan or wok, cooking utensils, and a computer with internet access. Ingredients will be delivered to your home. Winner must be able to communicate a date for Sweepstakes event within 30 days, and a date must be chosen for the event within 90 calendar days. The ingredients for Spicy Drunken Noodles will be provided. Allergen requests will be considered when requesting ingredients.
Day 5 – Family Bundle: A Family Bundle including 2 Entrées, 1 Side, 1 Shareable, and Thai Donuts will be awarded through the winner’s Pei Wei Rewards account.
Day 6 – $75 Gift Card – A virtual Gift Card will be awarded through the winner’s Pei Wei Rewards account.
Day 7 – Free Shareables for a Month: Free shareables for a month includes one free Shareable each week for one month which comes to 4 free Shareables awarded through the winner’s Pei Wei Rewards account.
Day 8 – $100 Gift Card – A virtual Gift Card will be awarded through the winner’s Pei Wei Rewards account.
Day 9 – Date Night On Us: Date Night On Us includes 2 Entrées, 1 Sharable, and Thai Donuts, awarded through the winner’s Pei Wei Rewards account.
Day 10 – Catering Package for 10-15 People: A catering specialist will reach out to the recipient to make arrangements to reward a catering package for 10-15 people.
Day 11 – Big Mystery Merch Box: The Big Mystery Merchandise box includes five (5) Pei Wei branded items that will be sent to the winner.
Day 12 – Pei Wei For A Year: Pei Wei for a Year is awarded as one free entrée added to your Pei Wei Rewards account each week, valid for 1 free entrée per week (maximum price of entrée must be equal or lesser than $10 pre-tax) for 52 weeks following activation. Gift card is valued at up to $520.00 and is subject to restrictions. Winners are responsible for all local, state, and federal taxes and fees if any. No substitution or cash alternative for prize is permitted, except in the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Limit: One (1) prize per person. Prizes will be fulfilled no later than two (2) weeks after all winners are confirmed. If prize requires winner to be a Pei Wei Rewards Member, such winner may join the Pei Wei Rewards program for free by downloading the Pei Wei app from the App Store and signing up for an account.
Who May Enter: Sweepstakes open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time their Entry is submitted and have an Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter account (each an “Entrant”). Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Island outside the U.S., and wherever else prohibited by law. Participants must be a Pei Wei Rewards member to claim their prize. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and any and all other companies associated with this Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes Entities”), and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or households are not eligible to participate. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable U.S. federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Sweepstakes Entry Periods: The Sweepstakes starts at 8:00:00 AM Central Time (CT) on December 6, 2021, and ends at 7:59:59 PM CT on December 17, 2021 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Within the Sweepstakes Period, there are 12 Daily Entry Periods each beginning at 8:00:00 AM CT and ending at 7:59:59 PM CT on a given calendar day. One winner will be selected from qualified entries timely received during each Daily Entry Period. Winner will be announced by 9:00:00 PM CT each day.
How to Enter: Once the Sweepstakes begins, during any Daily Entry Period, Entrants must tag a friend’s active account in the comments on the platform where the entry is being made, and follow the Pei Wei Instagram, Facebook or Twitter page where they are entering the Sweepstakes to qualify. If Entrant tags a friend in the comments and follows the Pei Wei Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter page within the Daily Entry Period, Entrant will be entered in a random drawing to win the stated prize for that day.
The Sweepstakes will be marked closed by 8:15:00 PM CT each day. One Entrant will be chosen from all three platforms each day.

Limitations: One (1) Entry per person, per platform, per day. Duplicate Entries by the same person—even through different accounts—will be subject to disqualification. Multiple Entrants are not permitted to share the same Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter accounts. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to the owner of any Instagram, Facebook, or Twitter account, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register on the platform will be deemed to be the Entrant.
Twitter Bonus Entries: Bonus entries may be available on Twitter. Participants may earn one bonus entry by retweeting the original Giveaway tweet. Participants will only be entered for one bonus chance to win if they have followed the initial entry terms, as well as retweeting the post.
Selection of Winner: The ending of each Daily Entry Period, Sponsor will record names of all Entrants who completed all required items, as listed in the ‘How to Enter’ section. Those names will be entered into a random drawing. One (1) name will be drawn per day from all 3 platforms. That one (1) Entrant will be awarded the stated prize for that day. If fewer qualified Entries are received than the stated number of Winners, Sponsor may name fewer Winners or cancel the Sweepstakes in its sole discretion. The decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.
Winner Notification. Winners will be notified by direct or private message on the platform where they entered the Sweepstakes within 24 – 48 hours (1-2 days) of their selection as a Winner. If Sponsor is unable to contact a winner by direct or private message, Sponsor may notify the Winner by replying to or commenting on the winning Entry. Winner(s) will be required to respond to Sponsor within 3 calendar days to provide an address to which the prize may be sent, and failure to respond will cause the prize to be forfeited. In the event of a forfeiture, an alternate Winner will be chosen.
License: By submitting your Entry to the Sweepstakes, you hereby grant Sponsor and any organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertisement, or promotion of the Sweepstakes (including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook) an irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully paid-up, worldwide license to use, reproduce, prepare derivate works of, distribute, display, exhibit, and transmit the Entry, and permit its affiliates to do the same, in any medium now known or hereinafter created, including on the internet, and for advertising or promotion of Sponsor and the Sweepstakes.
Privacy: All information submitted by you as part of this Sweepstakes will be treated in accordance with Instagram’s, Facebook’s, or Twitter’s (as applicable) privacy policy, as well as Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrants acknowledge and agree that all information and material, including any personal information provided in your Entry materials, will be shared with Sponsor’s agents, representatives, and other third parties involved in the execution, administration, or hosting of this Sweepstakes, and may be further publicized as described above. In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and the terms of Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, these Official Rules shall govern.
Conditions: By entering the Sweepstakes each Entrant agrees: (a) to these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor whose decisions shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes; (b) that Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (“Released Entities”) shall not be liable or responsible for any claim, injury or damage to person or property (including but not limited to bodily injury, death, right of privacy, or right of publicity) asserted by Entrant or by any third party arising in whole or in part from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or participation in this Sweepstakes or the inability to participate in the Sweepstakes; and (c) by acceptance of prize, Winners agree to allow Sponsor their name, city, photograph or likeness for advertising and trade purposes without additional compensation and, upon request, will provide consent to such use in writing. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Sweepstakes material or for any computer, software, Internet website, or electronic defect, error, or failure relative to any aspect of the Sweepstakes regardless of reason. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes cannot be completed as planned by infection of computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, denial of service attack, fraud, technical failure, or other failures which in the sole opinion of the Sponsor corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Sweepstakes and will post notice thereof on the social media pages listed above. The laws of the state of Texas govern this, and any dispute regarding the shall be resolved only in a state or federal court located in Dallas County, Texas.
Limitation of Liability; Disclaimer of Warranties. EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY STATE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED ENTITIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ACCESS TO AND/OR USE OF ANY SITES OR APPS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES AND/OR DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM ANY SITES OR APPS ASSOCIATED WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THIS SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. SPONSOR’S FAILURE TO ENFORCE ANY TERM OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES SHALL NOT CONSTITUTE A WAIVER OF ANY SUCH PROVISION.
