Which locations are providing the new catering menu and delivery?

All Pei Wei locations offer a Catering menu.

What services does Pei Wei Catering offer?

We use 3rd party delivery services.

What is your delivery fee?

Our delivery fee varies by location and distance.

Does the delivery fee go to the driver?

No, the delivery fee is not distributed to our drivers. You can add a tip for the driver.

What size events does Pei Wei cater for?

From just 5 to hundreds- let us know what your needs are, and we will do our best to accommodate. Currently, we have no maximum order size but larger orders may require additional lead time.

Does Pei Wei offer Full-Service Catering?

We are not able to send staff to stay and serve but our catering options come ready to serve.

How do I place a Catering order?

Place your catering order at www.peiwei.com/catering or call your local Pei Wei and press 2 for catering.

How much notice do you need for a Catering order?

We appreciate 24 hours’ notice and you can book as far as two weeks prior. If you have a last-minute need we will do our best to accommodate you, but keep in mind that everything is dependent on the availability of our hard-working team and made from scratch food and the volume of orders that may already be in our queue.

Is set up included on Delivery?

No, at this time we only provide delivery.

Do catering orders include paper supplies?

Yes, we include plates, napkins, serving and eating utensils with every order. If you do not need paper supplies let us know.

Does Pei Wei accept checks?

At this time, we do not accept checks- check back periodically for updates. If you are a school and require billing please submit an Inquiry Form and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Can I pay in advance?

Yes, you can. In fact, a pre-payment is required for all online orders.

Can I set up a House Account, PO Number or be invoiced for catering orders?

Not yet. We’re working on getting a system in place soon- stay tuned. We can set this up through EZ Cater if this is something you would like to do.

What is your cancellation policy?

This policy is valid for online, email, and phone catering orders. An event and/or order may be canceled with no charges up to seven (7) full business days prior to the event. Cancellation of services made less than (1) full business day of the event will be charged 100% of the contract. Please contact the restaurant directly to discuss your order.

Can my organization place a tax-exempt catering order?

Tax-exempt ordering is not available for online orders, but you can call the location nearest you to assist you or send your Tax Exempt Certificate to [email protected].

I have vegetarians coming to my event. What are my food options?

Pei Wei has delicious options – hand-tossed vegetable medley with choice of sauce, vegetable spring rolls, chopped Asian salad, or several wok dishes just request vegetables only. If you’re ordering one of our Catering Bars/Bundles- we suggest adding a side or two of wok-style vegetables.

Where can I find nutritional and allergen information?

You can grab that right off our website, just click on Nutrition.

Does Pei Wei have gluten-free options?

Yes- we do- see our nutrition information or a quick list includes Pei Wei original Chicken, Shrimp, or Vegetable. Asian chopped Salad, No battered Sweet & Sour Chicken. Shrimp or Vegetable or Edamame.
