Logging in to your account and app updates
What if I have a second account or just created one?
With our new system, both email addresses and phone numbers can only be used once and we only allow one account per guest. Often times, this will create issues with your ability to log in. If you are having trouble, please leave a comment on our “Contact Us” page so we can help troubleshoot.
Why can’t I log in through email?
If you are having trouble logging in through email, don’t create a second account. First, double check that your email address is entered correctly. If you originally signed up through Facebook, Google or Apple ID, you’ll want to log in through those methods instead. If you can’t recall your password, select “Forgot Password” and follow the prompts. In order to complete the log in process, you will need a unique email address, unique phone number and will need to add your zip code and favorite location.
Why won’t the password reset work?
If you can’t recall your password, do not create a second account. On Android, select “Log In”, then select “Reset Password”. On Apple devices, select “Log In” then select “Reset Password”. This will trigger a temporary password that will be sent to your inbox. Note that if you originally signed up through Facebook, Google or Apple, you will want to select these buttons and follow prompts to log in instead, as your current email address may not be tied to these accounts.
Why won’t the temporary password work?
Once you select “Reset Password” a temporary password will be sent to your inbox. There is a “Reset Password” link right below the temporary password that is connected with your temporary password, so you don’t need to copy or enter again. From here, you will be able to set a new password of your choosing.
Why can’t I log in with Facebook?
If you originally joined our app through the Facebook option, you’ll want to go through this method again. Note that this account will be associated with whatever log in you were signed in on with Facebook at the time, so if you have multiple Facebook accounts, you will want to log into the correct account before logging in with Pei Wei. Do not create a second account.
Why can’t I log in with Google?
If you originally joined our app through the Google option, you’ll want to go through this method again. Note that this account will be associated with whatever log in you were signed in on with Google (gmail, etc) at the time, so if you have multiple Google accounts, you will want to log into the correct account before logging in with Pei Wei. Do not create a second account.
Why can’t I log in with my Apple ID?
If you originally joined our app through the Apple option, you’ll want to go through this method again. Note that this account will be associated with whatever log in you were signed in on with Apple at the time, so if you have multiple Apple ID accounts, you will want to log into the correct account before logging in with Pei Wei. Do not create a second account.
Why is there a red notification symbol on my app icon?
If there is a red notification symbol on your Pei Wei App Icon, please delete the app and reinstall.
What versions on the iPhone does your app support?
Our new app will only support iPhones 8 and later. If your device is older than that, it will not support our app, however, you will still be able to participate in our rewards program through the Pei Wei website. Your account will not be erased. To log in, go to peiwei.com>Order Online>Log In (in the upper right corner) and be sure to use the same email address along with a password of your choosing, or use the log in method you originally used to join (Apple, Facebook, Google). You can also earn and redeem rewards in store by providing the cashier with your email address or phone number once you have initially logged into your account online.
How do I change my email address?
If you are able to get into your account, simply go to “More” on the lower task bar, then navigate to “Edit Profile” to modify and submit. If you are unable to log into your account, please let us know the current email address that your account is set up under along with what the new email address is that you’d like to change it to and send a comment to us on our “Contact Us” page.
Can I use multiple devices to sign in to my Pei Wei Rewards app?
Yes, you can use multiple devices to sign in to your Pei Wei Rewards app. As you earn points and rewards on each device, your account will update accordingly.
New to the Program
How do I become a Pei Wei Rewards member?
Download the Pei Wei app from the App Store and sign up for an account.
Who can join the rewards program?
The program is available at participating Pei Wei locations nationally and is offered to anyone who is at least 13 years of age.
What info do I need to provide to become a Pei Wei Rewards member?
I’m interested in placing a catering order online. Where can I go to do this?
You can order catering directly through our app by navigating to “More”, then “Catering Order”. You can also visit our catering page at www.peiwei.com/catering. Unfortunately, points cannot be earned through our loyalty program for placing a catering order.
Earning Points
How does Pei Wei Rewards work?
Join Pei Wei Rewards and earn points every time you dine! For every $1 spent on eligible menu items, you’ll earn 10 points. The more you eat, the more you earn — and you can redeem your points for different rewards.
How do I earn points?
It’s easier than ever to earn points with the Pei Wei Rewards program. You will earn points by placing an order on your Pei Wei Online Ordering app when signed in, placing an order on the Pei Wei website when signed in, scanning the barcode on your receipt, or scanning your QR code at the register when you place your order at the restaurant.
What can I redeem my points on?
Earn 10 points per dollar spent on eligible menu items and earn points to redeem various reward tiers, including:
- 250 points – Free Thai Donuts or a Free Fountain Drink
- 500 points – Free Edamame
- 750 points – Free Signature Lettuce Wraps
- 1,000 points – Free Entree Reward
What does it cost to join?
Nothing. It’s completely free to become a Pei Wei Rewards member (and there are no fees later).
How many points do I get per meal?
For every dollar spent on eligible purchases at participating Pei Wei locations, you’ll earn 10 points. For example, if you spend $40 on eligible purchases, you will get 400 points towards your next Reward.
When will I see points in my account?
It may take up to an hour to see your points posted to your account.
How do I check my point balance?
You can check your points balance by signing into your app and selecting Rewards at the bottom. You can also sign into your account on the “Rewards” page of our website and check the balance in your user profile.
Do I earn points on gift card purchases?
No, gift card purchases are not eligible for earning Pei Wei Rewards points. But, if the lucky recipient of the gift card is a Pei Wei Rewards member, they can earn points when they use it!
What do I earn points on?
You’ll get 10 points for every dollar spent on eligible menu items at participating Pei Wei locations.
- Points can be earned on purchases of food and non-alcoholic beverage items.
- Points cannot be earned on purchases at licensed locations in airports, schools and casinos.
- Only two purchases within a 4-hour period using the time on the receipt will be eligible for points.
- Points cannot be earned on the purchase of Pei Wei gift cards, alcohol, taxes, surcharges, tips, rewards, or the discount value of any comps or promos.
Do I earn points on orders placed through third-party ordering services?
Unfortunately, no. Any order placed through any site other than PeiWei.com or the Pei Wei app is not eligible for points.
Do I earn points on to-go orders?
Yes! Order through the app and you’ll earn points with every order. If ordering by phone or online, let the cashier know you’re a Pei Wei Rewards member and have them scan your QR code or give them your phone number. You will then earn points on eligible items.
Do I earn points on Pei Wei catering orders?
We do not offer rewards for catering.
When do points expire?
Points expire when a Pei Wei Rewards account has no activity within a 6-month period. In case of membership termination, member points and earned rewards will be forfeited.
Do I earn points on alcohol purchases?
Unfortunately, no.

How do I earn rewards?
Order through the app or online when you create and sign in to your account and earn points with every order! In the restaurant, let the cashier know that you are a member and scan your QR code or give the cashier your phone number to earn 10 points per dollar spent on eligible purchases. How easy is that?
How do I redeem my rewards?
Once you’ve earned enough points for a reward, it will automatically appear in your Pei Wei Rewards account. You can choose to apply an available reward during checkout when signed into your loyalty account.
Dining in? Just scan your device or let your cashier know you’re a Pei Wei Rewards member to take advantage of your reward at checkout.
Please note: Rewards cannot be applied toward gift card purchases or alcohol.
Can I use more than one reward at a time?
You may only redeem one reward per purchase. You may not redeem more than one reward in a 2-hour period.
Can rewards be used with other offers?
Unfortunately not.

Can I redeem a reward through an online order?
Absolutely. When ordering online while signed in to your account, you’ll see a list of rewards that you’ve earned. You can apply them during the ordering process.
When do rewards expire?
A Reward can be earned by accumulating points and will be available as long as the points do not expire. Points will expire after 6-months of inactivity. A Reward awarded from a promotion will vary based on the promotion expiration date.
What is the Birthday Reward and when do I receive it?
To celebrate your birthday, enjoy a Free Small Appetizer. Eligible Appetizers include Crab Wontons (2 pieces), Traditional Edamame (small), Vegetable Spring Rolls (1 piece), or Pork Egg Roll (1 piece). Your Birthday Reward will automatically load to your account seven (7) days before your day of birth.
When do my Birthday Rewards expire?
Your Birthday Rewards are valid 14 days from the date you received your reward.
Do I receive a bonus or reward for joining?
When you download the app and sign up for Pei Wei Rewards, you’ll get a free entrée after your first visit.*
*Offer valid for (1) free entrée after your first purchase of a minimum of $8 (tax not included). The reward will be available to be redeemed on Member’s next purchase. Rewards may be redeemed for a free eligible Entrée (“Eligible Free Entrée”). Eligible free entrées include regular entrées. Extra proteins, add-ons, extras, and substitutions are available at an additional cost. Offer does not include Salads, Kids Wei Meals, Appetizers, Small Sides, Desserts, Alcohol, Beverages, Feasts, Catering, or the purchase of Gift Cards. Other Questions
What do I do if I forget to tell my server I’m a Pei Wei Rewards member?
If you forget, don’t worry! Your receipt will print with a barcode on it. Simply open the app, tap ‘earn’
‘Earn for Past Purchases’, then scan your barcode to earn points. If you have any questions, please reach us at the “Contact Us” page on our website and supply your loyalty account information, check number, Pei Wei location, and visit date from the top of your check, and Guest Relations can apply the points to your account.
Can my family use my points?
Your Pei Wei Rewards membership is exclusive to you and non-transferable. But, family members can still earn points by signing up for their own accounts for their purchases.
Why do I have to give you my phone number?
You do not need to present your phone number to the cashier to check in unless you don’t have a device. If you have your phone on you, open the app and have the cashier scan your QR code to earn points. Your phone number is a convenient way to identify your membership and may still be used to earn points when ordering.
When signing up for the app, we will need your phone number to identify your unique account information and help prevent fraud. Please use a phone number that you will be able to recall and access in the future.
