The Pei Wei “Catering” Giveaway gives ONE (1) lucky guest a chance to win an Express Catering Package valued at $159.

Prizes:

One Pei Wei Express Catering Package will be given away for the contest. Winner may only claim one Express Catering Package.

Total value of Express Catering Package is $159 and includes catering size portions of Lettuce Wraps, 2 entreés, 2 sides, Thai donuts, and 2 catering beverages which feeds approximately 12 people. Winners are responsible for all local, state and federal taxes and fees, if any. No substitution or cash alternative for prize is permitted, except in the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prize will be fulfilled no later than one (1) week after the winner is confirmed. If prize requires winner to be a Pei Wei Rewards Member, such winner may join the Pei Wei Rewards program for free by downloading the Pei Wei app from the App Store and signing up for an account.

Who May Enter:

Contest open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time their Entry is submitted and have an Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook account (each “Contestant”). Void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, outside the U.S., and wherever else prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and any and all other companies associated with this Contest (“Contest Entities”), and members of their immediate families (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or households are not eligible to participate. Contest is subject to all applicable U.S. federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

Contest Entry Period:

The Contest starts when the announcement post goes live on Monday, March 21st, 2022 and ends at 11:59:59 PM CT on Thursday, March 24th, 2022. One winner will be randomly selected from qualified Entries during the Giveaway Entry Period. One winner will be selected from all three social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter) and will be announced on Friday, March 25th.

How To Enter:

Once the Contest begins, during the Giveaway Entry Period, Contestants will have a chance to enter by following all of these steps:

1. Contestants must ‘follow’ the Pei Wei account on the platform where they are entering the Contest, either Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook.
2. Contestants must ‘like’ the post featured on the platform where they are entering the Contest (Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook.)
3. Contestants must tag three (3) active accounts on the designated platform in the comments or replies on the post on the platform where they are entering the Contest (Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook.)
4. Contestants must be a My Wei Rewards Program member.

Contestants must perform all steps on the same platform (i.e. Follow the Instagram page, like the post on Instagram, and tag accounts on Instagram.) At any given point during the Giveaway Entry Period, Contestants can sign up for a My Wei Rewards Program account. Contestants must be signed up to win. If Contestant likes the post, tags three (3) accounts in the comments, and follows the Pei Wei page within the Giveaway Entry Period, Contestant will be entered in a random drawing to win a Catering Package.

THIS CONTEST IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED, OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH INSTAGRAM, FACEBOOK OR TWITTER.

Limitations:

One (1) Entry per person per platform. Duplicate Entries by the same person on the same platform—even though different accounts —will be subject to disqualification. Entries may be made on all three platforms by the same Contestant. Multiple Contestants are not permitted to share the same Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram account. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to the owner of any Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram account, the authorized account holder of the email address used to register on the platform will be deemed to be the Contestant.

Requirements Of Entries:

By entering the Contest, you represent and warrant that it was done so by you; that it does not violate the copyright, trademark, or trade dress rights of any other party; that it does not include the recognizable image of any minor child; thBy entering the Contest, you represent and warrant that it was done so by you; that it does not violate the copyright, trademark, or trade dress rights of any other party; that it does not include the recognizable image of any minor child; that, if it includes the recognizable image of a legal adult, you have obtained that adult’s consent to share their photograph; that it does not contain any material that, in Sponsor’s sole discretion, is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, promotes bigotry or discrimination toward any group, or is otherwise objectionable; and that it complies with the terms and conditions of Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook (as applicable). You understand that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may remove your Entry and disqualify you from the Contest if your Entry fails to conform to these requirements.

Selection Of Winner:

The day after the Giveaway Entry Period*, Sponsor will record names of all Contestants who completed all required items, as listed in the ‘How to Enter’ section. Those names will be entered into a random drawing. One (1) name will be drawn. That contestant will be awarded the stated prize. If fewer qualified Entries are received than the stated number of Winners, Sponsor may name fewer Winners or cancel the Contest in its sole discretion. The decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to the Contest. *Winner will be selected and announced at the end of the Giveaway Period.

Winner Notification:

Winner will be notified by direct or private message on Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook (as applicable) within one week of their selection as a Winner. If Sponsor is unable to contact a winner by direct or private message, Sponsor may notify the Winner by replying to or commenting on the winning Entry. Winner(s) will be required to respond to Sponsor within 5 calendar days to provide an active My Wei Rewards account to which the prize may be added, and failure to respond will cause the prize to be forfeited. In the event of a forfeiture, an alternate Winner will be chosen.

License:

By submitting your Entry to the Contest, you hereby grant Sponsor and any organizations affiliated with the sponsorship, fulfillment, administration, prize support, advertisement or promotion of the Contest (including but not limited to Instagram, Twitter or Facebook) an irrevocable, non-exclusive, fully paid-up, worldwide license to use, reproduce, prepare derivate works of, distribute, display, exhibit, and transmit the Entry, and permit its affiliates to do the same, in any medium now known or hereinafter created, including on the internet, and for advertising or promotion of Sponsor and the Contest.

Privacy:

All information submitted by you as part of this Contest will be treated in accordance with Instagram’s, Facebook’s, or Twitter’s (as applicable) privacy policy, as well as Sponsor’s Privacy Policy. By participating in this Contest, Contestants acknowledge and agree that all information and material, including any personal information provided in your Entry materials, will be shared with Sponsor’s agents, representatives, and other third parties involved in the execution, administration, or hosting of this Contest, and may be further publicized as described above. In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and the terms of Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, these Official Rules shall govern.

Conditions:

By entering the Contest each Contestant agrees: (a) to these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor whose decisions shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest; (b) that Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (“Released Entities”) shall not be liable or responsible for any claim, injury or damage to person or property (including but not limited to bodily injury, death, right of privacy, or right of publicity) asserted by CBy entering the Contest each Contestant agrees: (a) to these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor whose decisions shall be final and binding in all matters relating to this Contest; (b) that Sponsor and its officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (“Released Entities”) shall not be liable or responsible for any claim, injury or damage to person or property (including but not limited to bodily injury, death, right of privacy, or right of publicity) asserted by Contestant or by any third party arising in whole or in part from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, or participation in this Contest or the inability to participate in the Contest; and (c) by acceptance of prize, Winners agree to allow Sponsor their name, city, photograph or likeness for advertising and trade purposes without additional compensation and, upon request, will provide consent to such use in writing. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Contest material or for any computer, software, Internet website or electronic defect, error or failure relative to any aspect of the Contest regardless of reason. If, for any reason, the Contest cannot be completed as planned by infection of computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, denial of service attack, fraud, technical failure or other failures which in the sole opinion of the Sponsor corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Contest and will post notice thereof on the social media pages listed above. The laws of the state of Texas govern this contest, and any dispute regarding the contest shall be resolved only in a state or federal court located in Dallas County, Texas.

EXCEPT AS REQUIRED BY STATE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE RELEASED ENTITIES BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSSES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE

DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ACCESS TO AND/OR USE OF ANY SITES OR APPS ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONTEST AND/OR DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM ANY SITES OR APPS ASSOCIATED WITH THE CONTEST. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, THIS CONTEST AND ALL PRIZES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT

CAUTION:

ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST MAY BE IN VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND WILL RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION FROM PARTICIPATION. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK REMEDIES AND DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEY FEES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT OF THE LAW, INCLUDING CRIMINAL PROSECUTION. SPONSOR’S FAILURE
