Because of this strong financial base, the success of Pei Wei and its commitment to growth, all development is internally funded with zero debt financing required.
Specifically:
- Each market is led by a Development Partner. These established restaurant leaders are company employees and live and work in their respective markets
- As the local point of contact they coordinate the selection of their restaurant locations with one of our Real Estate Directors
- In addition, they recruit, select and train their teams, direct the openings and ultimately operate the business on a daily basis
To properly support our partners and you through the development process, we have three regional teams of specialists responsible for performing the real estate, development and construction activities at each prospective location.
